Turn a Pumpkin Box with Tod Raines

This project creates a small hollow form with a lid. The turning will take place in real time from one piece of timber. The form of the box is sometimes tricky to get it to look right. I will use the basic indexing on my lathe to layout some line for carving. I will complete some carving live but not all of it. I will show how I go about shaping the lid in preparation for more carving. I will start the coloring process the box and the lid to get the look I have achieved.
