Egg Box

Turn an Egg, and an egg-shaped Box to put it in! It’s an Egg-cellent way to hone your skills and try out decorating techniques or finishes. We’ll make a solid egg, and explore what makes a pleasing egg form. Put it in a jam chuck to sand the ends. Now the egg needs a box to hold it! Learn how I create a hollow box to fit the egg inside. Our Egg Box gets an insert at the joint for best grain match, and a perfect lid fit keeps it together. A turned Egg Cup stand holds the egg box for display.
