Woodturning a Scorched Earth Bowl with Scott Hampton

I hope you will join me for this exciting live online fiery woodturning class. I’ll be teaching the tools and techniques I use to create what I call a "Scorched Earth Bowl," which includes the simple methods I use in crafting a wood bowl, then safely applying flame to the bowl to create an earthy texture that only fire can create. To finish the piece, I’ll show how to use colored wax to highlight the grain above the scorched blackened bowl.
