Embellish Turnings with Encaustic Wax

I will introduce and discuss encaustic waxes. I will show what they are, what tools are used and what other supplies might be needed. I will go through several techniques on applying the wax to my turnings. I will show some of the sculpting possibilities and how to enhance carvings. Some turnings can be put back on the lathe and turned away to expose a new way of embellishing turnings. It is also a great way to easily fill small cracks.
