I've been turning for about 11 years or so, but still have a growing list of projects that I want to make. I just stepped down as President to assume the Vice President role in my club (Central Illinois Woodturners) and strongly believe that the future of our craft is fully dependent upon our ability to cultivate an interest in younger people, then provide the training and support they need to grow. I'll turn just about anything, but prefer bowls with some form of embellishment.
