I started turning about 12 years ago.
Professionally I work in the insurance industry. I have been involved in adult education since 1985 and have done both technical skills training and soft skills training. For over 20 years I have owned and operated my own company, Claims Training Services. Additionally, I have taught at Brookdale Community College and Monmouth University and am a contributing author/editor to several insurance industry texts. In New Jersey, I am a licensed insurance producer, and am qualified by the New Jersey Superior Court as an expert witness in the areas of agents' errors and omissions, bad faith, and property/casualty insurance coverage.
